No Refunds: All sales are final; we currently do not offer refunds on any products. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as a damaged or defective item, please contact us at classicmariellc@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details for assistance.

Sale Items: All sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be exchanged.

Return Eligibility: If a return is approved due to exceptional circumstances, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of authorization.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive this notification.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Delays: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates, and we are not liable for any delays caused by carriers or factors outside of our control (e.g., weather or customs delays).
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately via email with the correct address. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made before your order is shipped.
- Delivery Responsibility: Classic Marie is not liable for any missing, lost, or rescheduled deliveries due to courier issues or incorrect addresses. Any delivery concerns should be addressed directly with the courier.
MUGS
- All mugs are designed by Classic Marie, but made and shipped through a third party company. Therefore, if there are any discrepancies with your mug order, please email any issues FIRST to classicmariellc@yahoo.com and the third party company will be contacted from there.
- If you receive a mug that is misprinted/damaged/defective, you must send an email within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
- LOST PACKAGES- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- When the returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to our company, which in return the customer will be notified.
- Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
- WRONG ADDRESS - There is a 24 hour window to correct an incorrect address, please email your correction immediately to be corrected in the system. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third parties facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Please be mindful before ordering, colors of products may vary due to different screen monitor display settings
PILLOW COVERS AND INSERTS - APPLIES FOR TOGETHER OR SEPARATE ORDERING
** ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PILLOW COVERS AND INSERTS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED ON ANY ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME PURCHASED
- If you receive an item that is damaged/defective upon arrival, you must send an email with pictures of the defective item/ items within 7 days to correct the issue.
- LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES - Classic Marie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
- WRONG ADDRESS - There is a 24 hour window to correct an incorrect address, please email your correction immediately to be corrected in the system. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you choose to not receive your order after it has been returned from an address error, you will receive a refund ONLY on orders that have been pre-made for inventory purposes, minus shipping costs.

MUGS AND PILLOW COVERS SHIPPING POLICY
- All mugs are designed by Classic Marie, but made and shipped by a third party company within 3-5 business day.
- All pillow covers are handmade to order with an exception of some premade items for inventory purposes.
- We are not responsible for orders being shipped, lost, or stolen, due to an incorrect address that was provided upon ordering
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for pillows covers that are handmade to order to be shipped out, not including weekends
- Premade inventory will be shipped out in 3-5 business days, not including weekends
- Customers are responsible for any reshipment fees
- Feel free to send an email to inquire about items that are already premade
- There can be possible delays on the courier end, which is not the responsibility of our company after it leaves our facility and handed off to the courier
